Addendum (Last Update 12/17/2025)
11. Williams Pipeline Tree Cutting (12/16/2025)
Williams Pipeline has been cutting down trees along the banks between the 2 lakes on Andy Piowtroski’s side of the lake. Chuck Repine has spoken with Williams Pipeline workers, and asked them to also cut the trees on the small dam by Woody’s/Sissy Johnson's/Susan Carson's properties. This will be one less infrastructure project for SLC property owners to pay for and manage. Going forward, Williams Pipeline will be performing maintenance on new growth every 3 years.
12. Small Pot Hole before bridge near address 160 (McElreath)
13. Bridge Health Check at 160 (McElreath). Discuss if any concerns with not having a sign or reflectors for cars that are driving at night across bridge. Proactive awareness to prevent car and/or car wheels from going off the bridge.
